RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURNS & EXCHANGES are permitted on certain conditions and please be reminded that the returns must be done within 14 days (Local Delivery) and 30 Days for (International Delivery) after receipt of items for cosmetics and contact lenses.

Wrong item shipped (We will Shoulder Shipping Cost 100%)

WE DONT REPLACE & EXCHANGE ITEM FALLS FROM THE FOLLOWING CONDITION

 Broken Items (We ship items securely with bubble film & protective sheet. 

​​ Chipped or Teared Lenses (Used & Open)

 

GUIDELINES

​​ If in case there will be teared lenses in your package, which is very seldom to occur. Please do not dispose or open the vials and send it back to us, so we can replace them. Manufacturer does not replace chipped or teared lenses when it’s open so make sure to check on them thru vials before opening. Defective Lenses will be thoroughly examined by our manufacturer and as per instruction; the occurrence of faulty lens is around 0.1% per batch and as per experience out of 1000pcs there will be few 1-5 pcs defects.

​​ Broken Items (Sealed Items) we don’t accept broken Items that are not insured. Please note that we do ship package with care and proper caution as we've been doing this business for years.

​​ We're sure of how our items are handled by our couriers. However for your peace of mind, you can add 1% as an insurance that will be based on your total purchased order.

​​ How can you be sure that we're sending damage free products? 

​​ Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 
​​ Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. 

 

NOTE We take photos of the items before we ship out any order/s made and we can send it via Facebook, Email and or Viber before shipping them out.

 

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ITEM? 

After we receive the original item back we will pay for return shipping on all domestic exchanges, international exchanges must pay return shipping fees for all exchanges. Please be sure to note the item(s) you are exchanging on the Return Form. If the new item you are requesting is no longer in stock when we receive your return you will be issued a refund instead.
Any refund you receive will be offset with any promotions you used, in the case of our free shipping offer there will be a 30% restocking fee that is deducted from your refund.
To return or exchange an item(s) please follow these steps:

 Please fill out, print the Return Form and submit all related information.

 Package up your items and include the Return Form inside the package. Use your cutout label and affix to the outside of the package with clear tape, all returns must be shipped to: 

 For domestic orders please ship your package at your local JRS Office.

 For international orders feel free to choose your courier.

REFUNDS

Please note that you will shoulder a re-stocking fee of 3O% of the actual cost plus the shipping cost for all returns and exchanges that may incur along any transaction/s made. You must also shoulder the shipping fees (inbound and outbound) for all returns & exchange. We can only shoulder the replacement but not the extra cost that will incur all along transactions.
