1. How do I place an order?
Please browse our product selection, choose your desired contact lenses, and add them to your cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to checkout, where you can fill out your shipping details and select your preferred payment method.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are currently working on setting up international shipping. Stay tuned for updates. We also offer wholesale options for global customers. Domestic shipping within the Philippines is now available through J&T and JRS Express.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

5. How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also occasionally run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those!
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through the courier’s website or by using the provided tracking link.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We may ask for photos of the damaged item, and depending on the situation, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement.
9. Can I return or exchange my contact lenses?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on contact lenses unless they are defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
10. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
We recommend checking the tracking number provided. If there are significant delays, please contact the courier directly. If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the courier service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please make sure to provide a complete mailing address.
11. Are your contact lenses safe to use?
Yes, our contact lenses are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable, certified manufacturers in South Korea. We prioritize safety and ensure all products comply with international health standards. However, we always recommend consulting with your eye care professional before using contact lenses to ensure they suit your eyes.
12. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

13. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a warranty for defective or damaged items. If your product is found to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.
14. What if I can’t find my prescription or have issues with the lenses?
If you’re having trouble finding the right prescription or experiencing lens issues, please consult your eye care professional. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll assist you as much as we can.
15. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been placed. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@thepinkshoppe.com, and we will try to accommodate your request before the order ships.
