PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer BDO l BPI l GoTyme
    • Gcash
    • Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal
    • Shopee Pay
    • PayMaya
  • All payments must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).


2. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing

  • Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • Verification may take 24 to 48 hours, depending on the payment method.
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation email after paying, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.


3. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or provider. The Pink Shoppe is not responsible for payment failures due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or bank restrictions.
  • If a payment fails but funds are deducted from your account, please contact your payment provider for resolution.


4. Currency & Transaction Fees

  • All transactions are processed in PHP (Philippine Pesos).
  • International buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional charges imposed by their banks or payment providers.
  • PayPal may charge additional fees for currency exchange or international transactions, which are beyond our control.


5. Refunds for Overpayment or Duplicate Transactions

  • If you accidentally make an overpayment or a duplicate payment, contact us immediately at hello@thepinkshoppe.com with proof of the transaction.
  • Refunds for overpayments will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.


6. Fraud Prevention & Security

  • We take payment security seriously and use PayPal’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to process transactions safely.
  • If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • Customers who use stolen credit card details or engage in fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the appropriate authorities.


7. Order Cancellations

7.1 By the Customer
  • Before Order Processing: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing hello@thepinkshoppe.com with your order details.
  • After Order Processing: Cancellations are no longer allowed once an order has been confirmed and processed.
  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: Orders for customized, special, or pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
7.2 By The Pink Shoppe

In rare cases, we may cancel a paid order due to the following reasons:

  • The item is out of stock, and no suitable replacement is available.
  • Payment verification issues, such as suspected fraud or incomplete payment.
  • Shipping restrictions prevent us from delivering to the provided address.
  • The order does not comply with our Terms & Conditions or appears to be a bulk purchase for resale without prior approval.
  • If The Pink Shoppe cancels a paid order, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.


8. No Refunds for Change of Mind

  • Once an order has been processed, payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are not provided for a change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or failure to use a discount code.
