The cosmetic and contact lens industry is a Buyer Beware Industry. You take the FULL responsibility, onus and due diligence of your purchase and once opened, the contacts and cosmetics cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. But still as we wanted to give you best options—for Opened and Used (defective lenses) which seldom happens, we can only replaced it within 15 days after delivery. However, you must shoulder the shipping fee both ways. NO CHANGE COLOR, NO CHANGE GRADE and WE WILL JUST REPLACE THE SAME LENS, THE SAME GRADE AND THE SAME QUANTITY.

Broken Items (We ship items securely with bubble film & protective sheet.
Chipped or Teared Lenses (Used & Opened)

If you can return lenses to us for inspection we are more than happy to give you new lenses absolutely free of charge. Except for shipping.
HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ITEM?
- Send us a REQUEST EMAIL with Subject “REQUEST FOR RETURN” at email@example.com
- Wait for our feedback and instruction within 48-72 hours.
- Follow the instruction and wait for the replacement.
If in case there will be teared lenses in your package, which is very seldom to occur. Please do not dispose or open the vials and send it back to us, so we can replace them. Manufacturer does not replace chipped or teared lenses when it’s open so make sure to check on them thru vials before opening.
Defective Lenses (opened and unopened) will be thoroughly examined by our manufacturer and as per instruction; the occurrence of faulty lens is around 0.1% per batch and as per experience out of 1000pcs there will be few 1-5 pcs defects.
Broken Items (Sealed Items) we don’t accept broken Items that are not insured. Please note that we do ship package with care and proper caution as we’ve been doing this business for years. We’re sure of how our items are handled by our couriers. However for your peace of mind, you can add 1% as an insurance that will be based on your total purchased order.
How can you be sure that we’re sending damage free products? We have dispatch photos so you can be assured that you’ll get items in good condition. NOTE We take photos of the items before we ship out any order/s made and we can send it via Facebook, Email and or Viber before shipping them out.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
