SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Order Confirmation
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before noon (Philippine Time) are processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the following business day.
- Peak Season Delays: Order processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or peak seasons.
2. Order Fulfillment
- Only paid orders are processed. Unpaid orders will not be confirmed or shipped.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Pre-orders or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be indicated on the product page.
3. Shipping Timeframes
We offer fast and reliable shipping via J&T and JRS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Manila: 2-3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 2-5 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping promos may be available occasionally, subject to terms and conditions.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the courier’s website or the provided tracking link.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages
- Missed Delivery Attempts: If no one can receive the package, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave instructions for pickup.
- Return to Sender (RTS): If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, the customer must cover the re-shipping fee.
7. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! We are updating our international shipping options to provide the best rates and delivery services.
- If you want to place an international order, don’t hesitate to contact us before purchasing for shipping rates and details.
- Wholesale & Bulk Orders: We also accept wholesale and bulk orders for international customers. Contact us for special pricing and shipping arrangements if you want to resell our products.
8. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
• Delays: Once shipped, delivery times are beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number or contact the courier directly.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If this happens, please file a claim with the courier service.
• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
