PRODUCTS

• Color Variations: Due to different monitor settings, the actual colors of contact lenses and other products may not match 100% with what you see on your screen.
• Stock Availability: While we strive to update our inventory, graded (prescription) lenses are fast-moving, and stock levels can change rapidly.
• We recommend checking our live stocklist at bit.ly/tpswarehouse before placing an order to ensure availability. In rare cases where an item is out of stock after payment, we will notify you first and offer neither a replacement nor we can issue a refund based on your preference.

PAYMENT & CURRENCY

• For Philippine-based buyers, we accept payments via GCash, credit card, PayPal, Shopee Pay, PayMaya, and PayPal. For international buyers, we accept PayPal (including all major credit and debit cards).
• Prices are displayed in PHP for Philippine-based clients and USD ($) for all other countries. All payments are processed in USD ($), and any currency conversions shown on the site are for reference only. The actual exchange rate at the time of purchase may vary.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

• Shipping to Manila generally takes 1-3 days, while provincial deliveries take 2-5 working days. Please note that the estimated delivery time may vary based on the courier’s processing and logistics, which are beyond our control.
• All items undergo a thorough inspection before shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for any losses or breakages that may happen during shipping.
• We try to mark all parcels with a low value to minimize customs fees, but we are not responsible if your country’s customs charges you taxes or duties.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPLACEMENTS

• No refunds or exchanges will be given due to buyer’s remorse or mistakes (e.g., selecting the wrong color, prescription, or delivery address).
• Prescription lenses are for myopic correction only (nearsightedness). We do not carry lenses for hyperopia (farsightedness).
• We replace defective or incorrect lens orders; however, the items should be in their original, sealed vials. For verification, please provide a photo of the item showing the defect.
• In the event of replacement, defective or incorrect items will only be replaced after thorough verification.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee unless we make an error. Depending on the situation, customers may need to cover additional postage fees.
• For local mobile and bank payments, refunds for eligible transactions will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please be aware that processing times for credit card payments and reversals may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider’s policies. Kindly note that delays could arise due to banking procedures, weekends, or holidays, which are beyond our control.
