We do not sell counterfeit items or import lenses from sources where imitation or counterfeit products may be present.
To ensure our customers’ utmost safety and quality, we offer product certifications upon request, including ISO, CE, KFDA, and KGMP. Each product we sell is labeled with the OEM or manufacturer’s label, and we conduct random sampling to inspect the quality of every batch received.
In the rare event that you receive a defective product that is not visibly apparent, we are happy to provide a replacement. Your eye health and safety are our top priorities, and we guarantee that every brand we distribute complies with international health and safety standards.”

ThePinkShoppe strives for the highest quality in all our products. However, due to the nature of contact lenses and the specific use of personal items, we have outlined the following Warranty Terms:

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under regular use.
Defects include manufacturing errors, damaged packaging, or items damaged during delivery (reported within 7 days of receipt).

Non-Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, neglect, or failure to follow proper lens care and storage instructions.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or failure to consult a licensed eye doctor for the correct prescription and suitability for contact lens use.
The warranty excludes damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or lens alteration.

Return/Replacement Process:

If a product is defective, you can request a return or replacement by contacting us within 7 days. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
If a defective item is identified, we will replace it free of charge. If the product is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or a similar replacement.

Shipping and Handling:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is found to be defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items to ensure the safety of your return.
